Statutory Council appointed a new General Secretary, Mr. S.N Pillay

The first General Secretary of the Statutory Council, Livhu Nengovhela, resigned and left the council at the end of May 2005. An Acting General Secretary was appointed until the post is advertised and a General Secretary is appointed.
